Gentle movement and breathing practices that will help to:
reconnect with our bodies
nourish our spirits
go through the current season with more ease
be present and connected
We will move gently and with compassion, trying to learn from our felt experience.
We will explore a few qigong forms dedicated to the current season and 5 elements practices, combined with basic elements of vinyasa yoga flow and other somatic movement practices.
No previous experience is needed. All are welcome.
