Weekly Online Classes


Gentle movement and breathing practices that will help to:

  • reconnect with our bodies

  • nourish our spirits

  • go through the current season with more ease

  • be present and connected

We will move gently and with compassion, trying to learn from our felt experience.

We will explore a few qigong forms dedicated to the current season and 5 elements practices, combined with basic elements of vinyasa yoga flow and other somatic movement practices.

No previous experience is needed. All are welcome.
