Join her if you wish to experience practices rooted in the natural world, move in your own rhythm, and discover greater creativity, fluidity, and ease to nourish your body and spirit.
Her teacher training and certification include the year-long 230-hour Daoist Flow course with Jean Hall, Mimi Kuo-Deemer, and James Rafael (Triyoga, London), as well as a year-long qigong mentorship with Mimi Kuo-Deemer. Her practice is also informed by Iyengar yoga and deeply inspired by the teachings found in nature, sound, and poetry.
She is currently a member of the Daoist Flow Teacher Training team, serving as a course mentor.
Marta offers classes and workshops online and teaches in person at Habibi Works in Ioannina.
In her free time, you can find her brewing or sipping coffee from different origins, practicing in nature, or observing children and animals to learn from their innate grace and playfulness.
